The Breakfast Club is a melting pot of cuisines, cooking styles, and multicultural influences that you would expect to find in food halls around the country. We celebrate the many combinations of global culinary traditions that originate from different countries, regions, and cultures. We bring bold and bright flavors acting as a spark plug for modern creativity in food creation and recognition.  Our restaurant doesn’t neatly fit into a single category and we don't want it to.  We believe in paying homage to the impact of global culinary traditions while maintaining their significance and relevance in our modern food palate. Our brunch concept is creative and bold in both flavor and technique.  We recognize that around the world people break their fast and have their first meal of the day. We celebrate that first meal in all of its forms and chase it motivated by sheer creativity. We want to innovate on distinctly American iterations of “ethnic” food to make fusion cuisine with bold flavors and create a place where all are welcome to eat in their traditions and the traditions of their neighbor.
